We are certified, skilled professionals who have specialist knowledge in lactation. We provide support and education to families and other professionals in all things breast/chestfeeding and the giving of human milk.

About

I am an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a dual-qualified Nurse Midwife with over 17 years experience.I qualified as a Nurse in 2007 and worked in several Dublin Hospitals before dual-qualifying as a Midwife in 2013, going on to work in NICU, Labour Ward and Emergency Dept, and General Postnatal before taking up a GP Nurse and Community Midwife role.Then I did my Masters in Sexuality Studies where I focused on the sociological aspects and lived experiences of people experiencing pregnancy / breastfeeding / motherhood.I had my babies in 2020 and 2022, and was faced with extremely challenging breastfeeding journeys through which I had the support of amazing lactation consultants.ALL these paths have brought me here, to be an IBCLC to people from all walks of life who need care and support and to be seen in their unique journeys.
